This is a 60Watts (30X2) amplifier based on TDA7377 circuit diagram. The Integrated Circuit (IC) TDA7377 is a quad amplifier IC i.e. it has four inputs and outputs channels with each channel 15W peak power output. However, this design uses bridges of two channels to umake it a stereo amplifier, thus (30X2 = 60W) peak RMS. Additionally, this IC is a ready amplifying IC which requires just few external components for its operation. The main amplifying components are already inbuilt. As a result of this, it is convenient for even a learner to build an audio amplifier using the IC.
The components you need for this TDA7377 amplifier circuit are:
- TDA7377 IC
- 10KΩ (1) Resistor
- 1uF (2) Electrolytic Capacitors
- 45uF (1) Electrolytic Capacitor
- 10uF (1) Electrolytic Capacitor
- 1000uF (1) Electrolytic Capacitor
- 100nF (104) Ceramic Capacitor
- Speakers
- 9V or 12V Battery
When constructing this circuit, the integrated circuit should be mounted on a heat sink for cooling the IC. Meanwhile, if you want to power the circuit with a 12V adapter, if possible in cooperate a low power fan (something like a 5V fan is ok) to help in cooling the IC while operating.
When you connect the “standby” contact to the positive potential, it activates the amplifier. You may like TDA7377 Subwoofer Circuit too.
Components Values
- R=10KΩ
- C1 and C2=1µF
- C3=10µF
- C4=47µF
- C5=1000µF
- C6=100nF

This circuit is very good and simple quality sound also in it I have built it now but my equation is it possible to bridge it into one channel to get 120watts???
Hi Kavalo, I would suggest you build two pairs to have total output power of 120W
